Tekserve has partnered with the Lower East Side Ecology Center to host ten recycling events throughout all four NYC boroughs on weekends in January. The event collected 28 tons of equipment last year. And although electronics account for only 1% of what’s in our landfills, they cause 70% of toxins in the environment.
